Commission Types

  • Please do cooperate in communicating with me from time to time for checkings, changes has started.

  • I have the rights to decline a commission.

  • You can have the request changed as long the commission hasn't started.

  • Strictly no refunds unless the deadline given wasn't followed.

  • The general rates are for personal use only. For commercial uses, please kindly DM or email me on @[email protected]

  • Strictly no tracing, copying, erasing, editing of the commission piece.

  • Estimated process of commissions is 2 weeks-5 months depending on your commission type and slot number.

  • Rush orders will require for an extra fee and can be accepted for orders when my commission status is closed.

  • Paypal, Gcash payments only

  • Client must provide complete references (pictures and worded details) such as reference character, pose reference, colors and any important details. I will no longer accept commission requests that lacks such important details like reference poses.

  • 4 changes are allowed in sketch process, 2 changes are allowed in lineart/base color process. More changes requested will be charged especially in lineart/base color process

Terms of Service

Process

  • Fill the order form and send to my twitter thru direct message or email.

  • (name/paypal email, commission type, reference details with pictures/links)

  • Wait for the paypal invoice given to you, payment first policy.

  • The status link (trello) will be sent to you for tracking of commission status.

  • Sketch drafts will be sent for changes/confirmation.

  • Once confirmed, will proceed to coloring.

  • For finished pieces, will send the file thru google drive/email (png, 300dpi)

Additional fees

  • Rush order fee - 70% of the general commission rate requested (this will depend on the type of commission and the date given, estimated process for rush orders will be 1-2 weeks)

  • Additional Character - 50% of the general commission type requested

  • Detailed Background - 80$ (this will depend on the type of specific background requested.)

  • Commercial fee - 50% of the general commission rate requested

  • moodboard and reference pictures/details should be included for me to create the design for you.

  • Changes are unlimited on sketch and base colors phase but no changes included anymore for the shading phase.

  • You have the rights for the character design (personal and commercial use) but you MUST CREDIT me in any use.

  • Most samples are not shown in the carrd since most commission aren't permissioned to be posted by clients yet.

  • Can't do: Muscular/Bara, Armor, Furry

  • Front, Back views and color palette are included for the base design sheet.

  • Simply shading coloring to execute the base colors of the design.
